		<description>As an existing AOL customer for some years I would like them to offer some form of loyalty bonus, but in the day and age i suppose thats asking far to much. They will need to stay competitive cos my renewal is coming soon and i shall be changing providers if there is no benefit for staying with them.</description>

		<description>The Platinum package is still highly priced at £39.99 a month for non-LLU exchange areas which seems totally ludicrous considering what other companies are offering for a lot less money.</description>
