Dick mate, I think you'll find that there is more than just a 'fair share' of bad press about TalkTalk floating around on the world wide interweb. Daniel is right, TalkTalk have been unable to deliver since day one, when they were swamped with customer demand for free broadband, and frankly, give the recent Ann Gordon farce, it's amazing that they are doing so well in the market place.

I won't deny that on paper their services are good value, but when you can't get a connection...

Talk Talk have their fair share of bad press, but you can't deny that their services offer the best value for money in terms of broadband and phone calls. With line rental included, if it's reliable internet access you're after, why bother with anyone else?

I must admit being more than a little shocked to read the extra number of customers gained by Talk Talk given the troubles they have had these last 12 months, nearly every broadband forum on the net has a section dedicated to complaining about them

How well do you Talk Talk will handle the demand for Talk2, will they be better prepared this time around?
