I took out TT's 'bundle' in June of International and anytime phone calls plus broadband' It has NEVER worked properly. It is almost impossible to get a reply from them and when I do it is just by phone telling me to plug/unplug and tick/untick. Thanks to a recently found website I now know that the problems with my frequent broadband dis-connections - or no connection at all if I have switched-off at the wall plug are due to a faulty/wrong connection on the phone line - which they insisted had to be taken over by them from BT.
