		<description>Unfortunately for the time being, if you only have a cable line coming into your house then all you can get is cable services (i.e. Virgin Media).

Switching to BT or any other ISP would require you to get an active BT line set up - these cost around £135.

As for your emails, I&#039;d suggest that you use something like gmail or hotmail anyway - they&#039;re both free and if you switch providers, you don&#039;t have to change your email address.</description>

Can you tell me if I can change service providers from Virgin Media to BT, unfortunalty I only have Virgin Cable coming to the house not a BT line. I&#039;m thinking of moving suppliers due to Virgin Media losing access to my Emails for the last 8 Days due to Tec probloms.
