		<description>75% of the 40% of the people to get fiber-optic installation will be either in London area or Glasgow and surrounding areas. Smaller towns will be bypassed due to costs. I was told by BT that I would have fiber-optic by 2008 but then was told that there is not enough people in my area to cover the cost of installation. This is why I got Sky 12meg broadband due to it being faster than BT and they still bug me to get their 8 meg broadband. Sky have released that they will uping their speed to between 16 and 18 meg, while Bt have no planns to increase their broadband speeds. I know who I&#039;m stopping with</description>
