		<description>With the impending changes to Ofcom regulations on 0870 many businesses will be moving across to numbers that aren&#039;t affected in the very near future anyway, so BT really isn&#039;t taking much risk here. They know that 0870 is on its way out, so offering these numbers for free is really just a great PR move.</description>
