Just being the fastest does not imply quality, a factor that I find VM are lacking, being a customer of theirs. If the speeds are consistent then it would be great. However their policy of throttling bandwidth after a very low download limit is exceeded means that I find myself on lower than average speeds, and certainly nowhere near the argued UK fastest.</description>
