TalkTalk is getting in on the summer sale action and has just launched a 3 Months Free promotion. Any customers who sign up for TalkTalk Essentials online will get the first 3 months free, saving nearly £20 (£6.49 x 3 = £19.47). The offer is open from today and runs until Monday the 24th of August. As well as this, all Essentials customers who order online get a free wireless router as standard. TalkTalk Essentials provides top download speeds of 8Mbps, a generous monthly usage cap of 40GB and free Evening & Weekend calls to UK numbers.
TalkTalk has also reduced the price of it’s Super Secure security bolt-on. This Broadband Boost, which includes F-Secure anti-virus and spam filter software, now costs just £2 extra per month, down from £4 and is also free for the first 30 days. The TalkTalk Super Secure option automatically updates itself, and provides protection for up to three computers, making it an ideal option for families and busy households. The Mega Downloads and Turbo Boosts remain at £4 a month, providing double the monthly usage (80GB) and up to 24Mbps download speeds (where available) respectively.
This promotional offer is part of TalkTalk’s new image, and has been timed to coincide with the start of the latest season of the X-Factor, which TalkTalk is sponsoring.
