PlusNet launch flexible 12 month contracts, 20Mbps coming soon
PlusNet has just announced that it will be shortening the length of its existing 18 month contracts to more flexible 12 month offerings. The terms of PlusNet’s cancellation policy has also been up dated to reflect this change.
Customers who choose to leave prematurely will now only have to pay set up fees if they leave within 12 months instead of 18.
Apart from the lifetime of the contract and the cancellation policy, PlusNet’s broadband packages remain unchanged.
PlusNet Value which gives you up to 8Mbps and 10GB of monthly usage is just £5.99 a month for the duration of the contract if you live within PlusNet’s LLU area – otherwise it’s £11.99 a month after the first 3 months.
PlusNet Unlimited provides the same 8Mbps top speed, unlimited downloads and starts at £11.99 a month for the first 3 months, switching to £15.99 a month after that. This increases to £19.99 per month if your address isn’t covered by the PlusNet LLU network.
PlusNet’s website also states that 20Mbps ADSL2+ speeds will be available soon on their network.
