		<description>This tax on broadband, will be just like the petrol tax, every budget you will see an extra few pence here and a few there, which will ultimately be past on to the consumer by the companies who have to cover the extra cost by being a broadband user,thus an increase in the cost of living, and as more people get to use this service will make this a nice little unseen urner for the westminster boys club.</description>
