Avoid Talk Talk at all costs

I seem to be yet another Talk Talk customer that is totally sick of their pathetic service.

It started badly having to wait 7 weeks for them to activate broadband after we moved house due to BT being given the wrong address and our calls being routed to a house around the corner. 2 weeks before they realised.

I have been over charged and no refunds given. They will not replace faulty equipment after just 3 months of service “What you need to do sir is go to a computer store and buy a new Router”

They leave you on hold for so long that you end up being dropped back into the new call queue having to start the complaint all over again.

I don’t usually complain about things but, if i can stop just one person from going through the hours of being on hold, incompetent customer service, Their lies and just general awful service, i will be happy.
