BT Broadband Option 3 is the premium BT Broadband service. Everything said about Option 2 applies – and more. Connecting to the Internet at the same maximum speed of 20Mbps, Option 3 users are afforded an unlimited cap on all downloads, and not only is the BT Home Hub is included in the price, it also comes with a Hub Phone, a handset specifically configured to make VoIP calls via BT Broadband Talk.

The BT Hub Phone benefits from the clarity of high definition sound (Hi-dS) when calls are made to other Hub Phones – the free evening and weekend calls still apply.

BT Broadband Option 3 is perfect for households of heavy internet users who can make use of up to 11 email accounts and take advantage of unlimited downloads. You also get unlimited Wi-Fi minutes and free Norton Anti-virus software.

BT's pay-as-you-watch service, BT Vision, includes access to thousands of hours of entertainment, and the BT Vision Digital TV Recorder box allows you to pause, rewind and record TV. It also gives you access to Freeview channels plus hours upon hours of on-demand programming. A connection fee applies.

BT Broadband Option 3 has an introductory price of £18.99 for the first 3 months when you take out an 18 month contact, £24.99 thereafter. 12 month plans cost £24.99 per month throughout the duration of the contract.
