As well as the same security programs, connection speed of up to 8Mbps and unlimited monthly download offered by their home platform, HomeOffice also comes with a 4-port Ethernet router allowing for multiple devices to share the same connection, 20MB of free webspace, and a static IP address feature, allowing VPN access so that employees can communicate confidentially with their co-workers from home.



HomeOffice 8000 also supports Demon Dial Companion, a pay-as-you-go service enabling users to remotely access email and webmail accounts, and fax services through laptops or other remote devices using the home Broadband connection.
