Pipex Premium Broadband for business customers is for SME customers who need a dedicated broadband connection specifically for bandwidth-hungry tasks such as video conferencing and VoIP calls. Providing the same maximum download and upload speeds of 16Mbps and 1Mbps and unlimited downloads as is available on Pipex Pro, the Premium package also comes with 200kpbs of assured bandwidth, ensuring that web-based systems can function correctly, even during peak times.

The ADSL2+ compatible SpeedTouch 585 Wi-Fi Router included free of charge for clients who sign up for 12 months, and at a reduced price of £34.03 for customers who sign up for 3 months.

UK-based technical support is available over the phones 24-hours a day, with all calls are charged at the normal rate. A year's subscription for ZoneAlarm anti-virus software is included, with the option to upgrade this to ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite, a comprehensive security package for £30 which includes cover for up to 5 computers.
