Sky Broadband Base
Base is the standard entry-level Sky Broadband deal, connecting at a maximum speed of 2Mbps, and giving users a 2GB monthly allowance.
Available free when taken with any of the Sky Talk fixed-line calls packages. You can sign up for either for Sky Talk Freetime (Evenings and Weekend calls) for no extra cost other than the line rental (£10 a month) or upgrade to Sky Talk Unlimited (Anytime calls) for £5 a month.
The annual cost example given below is based on a customer signing up for Sky Broadband Base and taking out the Sky Talk Freetime package. A FREE Wireless router along with McAfee Security software is also included, providing you with everything you need to start surfing safely straight out of the box.
All Sky Broadband users also get exclusive access to extra Sky movies, sports and entertainment content online. This deal is perfect for families and small-time net users who only use the net occasionally, as there is no additional charge for this simple no-frills Broadband service.
