I have been with Virgin Media's (NTL's) broadband service for many years now.

The service is pretty good. Only ever had a handful of problems, but it was usually with their support.

The speeds are as advertised or sometimes better. The throttling is slightly annoying, but it is better than being cut off or receiving an angry letter.

Never have I been told that I am downloading too much. ( some months I can end up downloading 50GB's as I frequently download SDK's any other developer materials ).

I am giving Virgin an overall rating of 5, as I rarely have to phone support.
