Eclipse eyes ISP award

Eclipse eyes ISP award Eclipse Internet is looking to take the Best Internet Service Provider (ISP) award after being shortlisted for the PC Pro gong.

The potential winners are selected after UK customers vote for their favourite provider in each category in one of the largest IT surveys in the country.

Mark Thomas, head of sales and marketing at Eclipse, commented: "To be short listed for a PC Pro award is fantastic news, particularly as this is one of the few awards where customers are the judges."

He added that it was "so good" that the company's customers were willing to recommend them and recognise them as one of the best ISPs in the sector.

The ceremony for the honours recognising quality broadband services will take place at Syon House in Middlesex on September 17th .

Eclipses competitors in the category include Demon Internet, Plusnet, Virgin Media Be Internet and Zen Internet.

Zen Internet is the only firm to also be nominated for the Best Web Host award as well.
