It has been announced that BT will be providing free high-speed wireless broadband for British Airways' customers.
As part of the three-year deal, customers will be able to enjoy the service from BT in 25 lounges around the UK and Jersey from April 1st.
The importance of business broadband was highlighted by the lounges development manager for British Airways, Emily Clark.
Ms Clark explained: "For business customers, free wireless will enable them to be connected to the office, right up until they fly."
Broadband customers seeking connections on the move can also use the BT Openzone service at over 35,000 hotspots all over the world and 2,500 sites in the UK and Ireland.
The services are available to BT Office Anywhere, BT Fusion and casual users seeking immediate broadband connections.
Meanwhile, the broadband provider has announced its acquisition of Frontline Technologies Corporation Ltd, which will offer IT services under the name BT Frontline, specifically in the Asia Pacific area.
