Zen voted best ISP
(Wednesday, 5th December 2007)
Zen Internet has been voted the best internet service provider (ISP) in the UK in a recent poll.
A customer survey by PC Pro saw the company take home the Best Broadband ISP award for the fourth consecutive year at the magazine's annual ceremony last night.
It was found that a total of 95 per cent of its customers would recommend the ISP to their friends.
"Near-flawless customer service and reliability keep Zen at the top," a PC Pro writer commented.
Madasafish came close to the top spot and was eventually 'highly commended', but big names such as Orange, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and Sky fell short of becoming serious contenders for the prize.
Other accolades picked up by Zen in recent years include those for Best Uncontended Service, Best Heavy Business Broadband and Best Business ISP at the 2006 Internet Service Providers' Association awards.
