Orange has launched its new Bright Box wireless router, enabling customers to benefit from improved Wi-Fi range.
The broadband provider's move will bring a host of other benefits to its subscribers, with the technology featuring intelligent wireless that allows people to transfer all of their connected devices to the channel with minimal signal interference.
All new Orange home broadband customers will receive the router as part of their deal. Valued at £95, the appliance enables individuals to use a wireless signal range of up to 250 metres.

The Bright Box router has two in-built antennas that use wireless N technology to deliver dependable internet connections to homeowners.
Four 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports are also included in the router, alongside a USB connection.
The device offers a number of security features, with WPA 2 encryption technology defending consumers against online threats.
To improve their security further, subscribers can opt to create a number of multiple wireless network names with separate passwords, guaranteeing that the connection is shared in as secure manner.

Mr Thevenot continued by claiming that Orange offers the best value home broadband in the market.
Orange will hope that its new router will help to attract customers, particularly as its rival Virgin Media recently announced that its broadband speed will be doubled for roughly four million of its subscribers.
As a result of this, the broadband provider's top speed will rise from 100Mbps to 120Mbps.
