The customer service support offered by broadband provider Orange has been attacked by industry analysts.
Orange's service has come under increasing pressure recently, after the company finished bottom in a Point Topic poll of overall customer satisfaction.
However, analysts from Dresdner Kleinwort have further criticised the fifth largest UK ISP, saying that Orange is willing to let customers "disappear".
According to the news provider they said: "[Orange has] failed to respond to any of the recent price cuts by its competitors, leaving us to believe it is happy to sit by for now and watch its customers disappear."
The news provider also reports that Orange is likely to improve its customer complaints system and increase public awareness of its broadband product through a high-profile advertising campaign.
Orange currently has one million UK broadband customers, on top of its position as third most popular British mobile phone network.
