Easynet pledges 30-day installation for businesses

Easynet pledges 30-day installation for businesses Easynet Connect (Sky) has announced that it will speed up its installation of web access for businesses who sign up to its SureStream and EtherStream wholesale broadband services.

In addition, the firm have set up a free SMS alert service, which will keep companies subscribed to them updated with information on capacity and connection statistics.

Chris Stening, managing director of Easynet Connect, commented: "Too many businesses receive poor service from their internet provider and our 30-day installation pledge and free SMS updates will help put an end to this."

By promising set-up within a month, Easynet has outstripped BT who pledge to complete work within two months.

It is thought that some firms may even be online and ready to go within ten days of signing up for the service.

EtherStream is available throughout the UK and has a range of resilience options. Subscribers will also be able to get support and monitoring at all times.
