Small businesses 'still lack broadband'

Many small businesses in the UK still lack a broadband connection, according to new research.
Broadband provider UK Online found that 23 per cent of small businesses do not have access to high-speed internet, which could harm the growth of their business, ISPreview.co.uk reports.
