Price slash for UK Online customers

Price slash for UK Online customers UK Online today launched its spring sale with an array of new products for broadband customers.

Leading the product line is the cheaper ADSL 8Mb and 22Mb unlimited services while costs have also been slashed across the board as the company seeks to maintain its market share in an increasingly competitive industry.

Monthly subscription costs have been dropped by £5 to £19.99 for the 8Mb connection and £24.99 for the 22Mb connection. However, these are considered maximum speeds, as connections may vary due to local suppliers.

Chris Stening, general manager of UK Online told Net4Now: "We have always been known for delivering fast unlimited services at a competitive price and we will continue to review our pricing to deliver great value.

"We are writing to all our existing customers to ensure that they are aware of the price changes."

UK Online is also offering new customers an exemption from the usual £25 connection charge.
