Broadband service provider UK Online has announced a new range of tariffs in an effort to revamp the company's brand.
To cope with increasing technologies, the broadband firm has introduced a Premier account, in which customers get download speeds of up to 16 Mb for £24.99 per month.
UK Online has also changed its other tariffs to include a Pro connection of eight Mb for £19.99 per month, with an offer of free connection available until the end of October. A slower Lite connection, with download speeds of two Mb, is available for £14.99, with a connection charge of £25.
Chris Stening, UK Online managing director, said: "A growing number of broadband users, whether recreational users, homeworkers, or small businesses, are becoming increasingly reliant on their broadband service. They all demand but don't always get the basics of service reliability and accessible support."
UK Online is part of the BSkyB group.

Speeds in excess of 2 meg are only available in certain areas. Top
speeds vary significantly, particularly according to how far away
you live from the exchange.
If your line won’t support our fastest broadband speed we’ll
give you the best available. The speed you actually get can also vary
depending on the quality of your line, the wiring in your house, the
time of day and even the weather.
