Mobile operator Three has been recognised as one of the top providers of mobile broadband at Broadband Expert's 2008 awards.
If claimed half of all of the gongs available after sample data from 4,000 consumers was taken between January and September this year, reports ISP Review.
It was honoured for having the best value packages currently on the market. According to the online portal, Three's low prices forced other internet service providers (ISPs) to reduce the cost of their products.
The company's £10 1GB deal is the cheapest to be found on the market at the moment.
Three also took home the Laptop Bundle gong. It offers three different Hewlett Packard computers with a variety of connection options, which can be "mixed and matched to find the most suitable deal".
Pay As You Go mobile broadband was the third category in which the firm emerged triumphant as it was the first company to offer a service of this sort.
ISP Review claims that the "ongoing data costs are still the best value on the market".
As may be expected by such a strong performance elsewhere in the awards, the ISP also won the Best Overall Provider accolade.
The other four categories were shared between Vodafone and T-Mobile who took two each.
Vodafone won the Fastest Actual Speed gong and the Best Coverage award.
T-Mobile was found to be have the highest customer satisfaction scores and the fairest pricing as they have no additional fees for exceeding download limits.
Three's most expensive Pay As You Go tariff costs £25 each month and has a data allowance of 7GB.
