"Ive been with AOL for some years and have never realy had a problem with connection but the download speed has never gone higher than 2mb so it is slow. As a valued customer well thats what they say everytime they ring they offer the same deal to me its so often I know it word for word. They keep offering me a couple of months at half price as long as I sign up for another 18 months ?? I dont think so. AOL have promised that our download speed was going to get better well it hasnt in the last 5 years . Overall its ok but it could be a lot better ."

"have been with aol for a number of years,had connection problems a few years ago,but now spot on,a bit slow in peak hours but we run four pcs and 2 ps3s on a wireless router,if theres a problem customer services have always been polite and sorted problem out,have signed up again would suggest aol "

"Aol customer service can unhelpful and always drag out the call with polite questions of whats your name can i call you by your first name, with others offers available on the internet and free offers with minimum download speeds i wouldn't suggest aol."
