Our O2 Mobile Broadband Review
Mobile broadband keeps you online when you are out and about; you get a dongle preloaded with a monthly data cap, and you get surprisingly fast speeds considering you aren’t using a fixed home connection. Several providers offer mobile broadband, and the technology continues to prove popular.
O2 has a few different mobile broadband packages available, with varying contract lengths and download caps. As you are using a dongle, the caps will be lower than the generous ones offered with home broadband, but this is because mobile broadband is not designed to be your sole web connection.
You certainly wouldn’t rely on mobile broadband for downloading movies and music, as you don’t have enough usage, but the O2 mobile broadband dongles are great for connecting on the move or out and about. You’ll also find the prices are very low, and you don’t have that added monthly cost of a landline.
