As part of the Tesco’s Broadband service, they will calculate the fastest speed that they can provide for you in your area, when they process your order.
With maximum speeds of up to 14Mbps, Tesco calculate that the majority of customers in most areas will receive download speeds of between 6 – 11Mbps.
The availability checking tool will tell you the estimated speed that Tesco will provide and whether or not you can receive broadband and home phone in your area, so you will know before you order.
People who are living far away from their telephone exchange and those that live in very remote rural areas are usually the ones that struggle to get connected.

Order your package and we will do the rest!
If you want to include calls with your broadband package you will have to have an existing BT phone line. We will then transfer your service from your existing provider and your calls will go through our network. Therefore you will not pay another provider for the line rental keeping everything on one bill.
We will try to get you up and running as quickly as possible, however this service can take up to 17 working days. As above, if you are also switching your calls to Tesco then they will sort everything for you and we will keep you updated and let you know how your order is progressing.

Line rental is not included as part of your package and will be an extra cost on top of your monthly cost.Transferring your line rental to Tesco won't cost anything, and the monthly line rental charge will cost £13.75 for online billing, otherwise £14.75.
