Zen Broadband ranked first for customer service in online poll

Over 7,000 broadband customers voted on MoneySavingExpert's website.

An online poll from MoneySavingExpert ranked Zen Broadband number one for customer service across the whole of the UK.

Over 7,000 members of the public took to the site to rate their current broadband provider either great, okay or poor based on performance over the last six months. 

94% of the 126 who voted on the Rochdale-based provider rated it great, a nice improvement on the 90% who did so back in February, with only 2% selecting poor.

Plusnet came second with 58% of its 1,083 voters believing its customer service to be of a “great” quality and 15% feeling as though it were poor.

Somewhat surprisingly, department store John Lewis came third managing to beat out several of the UK biggest broadband providers. 

Zen Broadband originally began selling internet services back in 1995 and has since grown to boast over 100,000 residential and business customers, a UK-based call centre and speeds of up to 300Mb with its ultrafast package.
